What's a fanlisting?

What's The Red Green Show?

The Red Green Show is a quirky sitcom/skit comedy series originally from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The first episode aired on March 26, 1991. It's since been carried on stations across Canada and world, spreading the love of duct tape everywhere!

There's not much of an overall plot and what little that exists mostly focuses on the misadventures of the Possum Lodge members. The lodge is located in the town of Possum Lake, which is somewhere in the backwoods of Ontario, down the road from Post Asbestos. The central character in the series is, of course, Red Green, the leader of Possum Lodge and not much else. He's assisted in the earlier seasons by his techno-geek nephew and producer, Harold Green. The rest of the cast is mostly comprised of Possum Lodge members and residences of the Possum Lake area. It would take too long to list them all here as there's at least 60 characters, if not more. These include several "mythical characters"; characters that are referred to throughout the series but are never seen.

There's a total of 15 seasons with the current season slated to be the last, ending at episode 300. In addition to the series, there were 3 books released: The Red Green Book: The Wit and Wisdom of Possum Lodge, Plus 100 Pages of Filler (1995), Red Green Talks Cars: A Love Story (1997), and Duct Tape is Not Enough (2002). The last two are available with a little searching, but the first has long since gone out of print. There was also feature length movie, Duct Tape Forever, released in 2002.
